Articles

Articles submitted to this section are intended for publication in the journal’s ‘varia’ issues.

Following submission, articles will be sent for review by at least two experts. Where possible and depending on the subject areas, preference is given to one internal review and one external review from the editorial board. Once accepted, articles are edited by the editorial secretariat and then published on a rolling basis in open access on the OpenEdition Journals platform. At the end of the year, the articles are compiled and published in a print issue.

Supplément à Gallia

Manuscripts submitted to this section are intended for publication in the Suppléments à Gallia series, which publishes monographic studies, major overviews and collections (iconographic, epigraphic, etc.) of major interest or representing significant advances in the archaeology and history of Gaul. Series such as the Recueil général des mosaïques de la Gaule, the Inscriptions latines de Narbonnaise (ILN) or the Recueil des inscriptions gauloises (RIG) operate in the same way as collections and, more specifically, accommodate such corpora.

Before submitting your manuscript, a project proposal must be sent to the journal for approval in principle. You may send this preliminary publication proposal to gallia@cnrs.fr.
