Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The article complies with the IFAO ethical charter
- The submission has not already been published and is not currently being considered by another journal. If this is not the case, please provide an explanation in the "Comments to the editor" field.
- The article is submitted in PDF format and is anonymized. It is accompanied by an abstract in English and French and a list of keywords in both languages.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, or or the author formally undertakes, if his or her proposal is accepted, to comply to the editorial and bibliographical guidelines in use at IFAO.
- The author certifies that he/she has all rights required for the use of the illustrations he/she intends to publish.

Special characters have to be composed with the Unicode keyboard
or thanks to the Converter to Unicode. - The hieroglyphs composed in Jsesh are copied into the text in EMF format (under Windows) or PDF format (under Mac OsX) and the JSesh files (.gly) are supplied with the article proposal.
